We need to consider your body type, size, flexibility, riding style and fitness. The initial fit takes about 3-3.5 hours. After an interview, some exercises and some measurements we can start to narrow down your needs. This information gives us a starting point. The fit starts at the foot. I cannot stress the importance of your contact points on the bike and how they affect each other. I use the Serotta Size Cycle to start to hone your position. From there we can work together to make the necessary adjustments. This is just the beginning of our relationship. Feedback is crucial and I welcome follow up calls, information and discussions. The fit also includes a one hour follow up visit. The objective is to factor all variables to reach the best possible fit.
